A credit reference agency cannot withhold any information from you. Write them a letter and pay a little fee to get your full credit report they have. Check over your report and if you find any faults then let them know by sending a letter again, they will start an inquiry regarding your assertion. You must also know that by law, any credit repair agency cannot ask for its payment unless it proves itself by providing the services promised to the consumer.
